I am a LEO Officer Survival instructor in Missouri and as part of my classes we teach self-rescue with tourniquets. For my upcoming class I have received a donation of several tourniquets from Spirit of Blue, the law enforcement support foundation started by Trooper Parola's brother, Todd. Trooper Parola's legacy lives on through this effort in helping keep LEOs alive today. Your sacrifice, and that of your loved ones, is not forgotten or taken lightly. RIP, Sir.
