Ross H. Kaylor

Officer Ross Kaylor was killed when his motorcycle struck a streetcar on C Street, NE, while he was chasing a whiskey runner.

He sustained major head injuries and died at the scene.

Officer Kaylor was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran of WWI and is buried in Arlington National Cemetery.
