I am a member of the FOP, and took notice of 45th anniversary of your passing. I was very young when I used to live next door to him and his family. Rachel was my childhood friend. I remember hearing of his death, and my parents were hit hard by that. I thank him for his service to this city. I pray that time has eased this pain, and thoughts are with you all today.
