Dear Grandpa Jahnke, I have always been very proud of you and your service in Illinois, although your early death meant I was never privileged to know you. It's a shame your name is misspelled on this site as well as on the Fallen Officers' Memorial in Springfield, IL but we know what it really is. Until we meet in Heaven, Grandpa. --Jeanie
