Happy Father's Day! I am pleasantly surprised to see another person was inspired to research who you were and acknowledge your heroic sacrifice on this page. Thank you Sheila D. Larson for the beautiful words. Reading more reflections honoring your service from Highway 72 drivers has made me feel more proud to be your daughter.
