I was a young officer on the Duncan Police Department when Darrell was killed. I remember it well. I have never forgotten that tragic day. Many other officers have passed and join you in heaven, as I will also some day. I continued my law enforcement career on the federal side for the last 29 years. I will always have a special place in my heart for the officers of the Duncan Police Department and the City of Duncan.
