Officer Harwood died while searching for the body of my father, William C. Turner, Sr. (Who drowned 9/23/72). Officer Harwood is buried near my father and our family has always felt such a debt of gratitude for his heroic service and we mourn the tragic loss of his young life. Rest In Peace, Dana Harwood.
