I am the Daughter of Richard C. W. Fred's partner.
I will always remember Officer Harp's sacrifice's and his family.
I was only 2 when this took place. I have always known of this traggic event. Much like I have always known I was adopted.
I still pray for the family of Officer Harp, although I didn't know him as the adult I am today. I know of the pain this brought to his family, friends, my Dad and Mountain Brook Police Department.

I now know the pain of not having my Dad, a few days ago marked 20 years without him.
I make this small donation for my Dad.
But I make it in memory of two really great police officers who once had each other's backs!
I feel secure in saying I'm sure they do again!
