Officer Feldner was shot and killed while investigating a stolen car at a high school. As he approached the vehicle one of the juvenile occupants shot him. The suspect was apprehended and sentenced to 25 years to life.
Officer Feldner served as the agency's DARE officer. He was survived by his wife and four sons.
