Sandra Conchita Hallum-Griffin

Police Officer Sandra Griffin succumbed to injuries sustained two weeks earlier, when her personal vehicle was struck by a van at 71st Street and Buist Avenue. She was in full uniform and working a foot patrol assignment at the time of the accident.

Officer Griffin was a U.S Army veteran and had served with the Philadelphia Police Department for one and a half years. She was survived by her husband, and son.
