Allen Graham

Constable Allen Graham was struck and killed by a vehicle while assisting the U.S. Border Patrol with a roadblock in an attempt to arrest a fugitive. The driver of the car that struck Constable Graham claimed he had been blinded by the lights on the truck that was being checked.

Constable Graham was survived by his wife and four children.

Constable Graham,
On today, the 41st anniversary of your death I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for the citizens of Pecos County and as a Border Patrol Agent thank you for your assistance to my fellow Agents. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
