I worked for Eddie as my Manager at HEB when Eddie was aspiring to be an officer. I was 16. It was my first job and Eddie gave me more chances than I deserved. I remember him well even though only knew him about 3 yrs. He was always quick to help someone in need or chase a shoplifter. Lol
I am so sad that his dream lead to this. I met his wife once right after they married and just as kind as Eddie. 38 yrs ago. It is a testament to the man Eddie was to stay in my mind all these yrs later.
I am so sorry for your loss.
God Bless and give you peace.
