Trooper Webster, I came across your story while looking up Missouri State Highway Patrol on line. It dearly bothers me that the one who took your life only got 7 years. Something more along the lines of a life sentence along with much more serious charges homicide would have been appropriate. I pray for better justice in this world. I send you and your family my deepest of prayers and respect
