Policeman Indalecio Garcia-Toro was shot and killed in the line of duty while arresting a subject in the town of Las Piedras.
The subject was able to gain control of an officer's weapon as he was placed in the patrol car and opened fire on the officers, killing Policeman Garcia-Toro.
