I will never forget hearing of Captain Fransisco’s death over the radio in my Dad’s car. He is the Richmond County Sheriff’s Chaplain and we heard the broadcast from central dispatch to all cars and all stations, The dispatcher was obviously overcome with grief. That is a moment I’ll never forget, and I mourn his loss. A man among men. God bless his memory.
