Joe was my most favorite Uncle. Will never forget his kindness and humor. Shared many fond memories in my childhood with him. I used to always wait up on vacations for him to come home late from shift to wear his cap and eat donuts! His funeral has a lasting impression as I was only 15. The respect and love for him brought the city of Sioux City to a close. Love ANS Respect for this Great and Honorable Man.
