Trooper Thomas Hanratty was struck killed and killed by a vehicle while conducting a traffic stop on Route 78 in Union County. He was returning to his car when he was struck by a passing vehicle.

I took my two sons to your memorial today they had a lot of questions. We march in your honor every year and it’s nice to see everyone it never gets easy to do but it’s important to keep your memory going. Thinking of you everyday thanks for being a great brother.
