Lynn Ann, as Police Week is upon us we all reflect on the heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice including Frank. If you are in NJ, the police memorial in Ocean Grove is in late May. Frank is remembered with all the LE brothers and sisters in NJ that made the ultimate sacrifice.
