Lieutenant Meadows is a wonderful servant who served his country as a police officer and Army veteran. I had the pleasure of working next to him in the City of Leeds and Birmingham. No one ever had anything but praise for him. After the accident, it was amazing the number of friends we both shared in and out of law enforcement. I know he is celebrating with our savior!
