My heart is broken for your family and those who you have worked with and supervised at ODRC. I have trained at that same range many times and I just can't imagine how everyone felt during this situation. I pray for your family and friends in this time of hardship. Thank you for your service Lieutenant Osborne. May you Rest In Peace.
