Officer Duty,
Your son Kevin was in my class at Skaith Elementary School, and our class got excited when we found out you were coming to our class! We felt so honored and you really were an excellent communicator with kids!
I just couldn't believe it when my husband- LB, who was a juvenile officer- told me that you had passed and the way that it happened. I was very hurt and felt very badly for Kevin. I felt so blessed that Kevin had shared you with our class as kids.
Thank you so, so very much for your many years of service and for training your son to be honorable in the community, as well.
I still pray for your family and may God always be with them. Thank you for letting God use you, Officer Duty, in many positive ways and in our community to touch the life of many- especially one girl that attended Skaith School!
