Arroyos !,

Definitely had the pleasure meeting you while you did your probation at LAPD Wilshire Division . You were always super positive and very polite to everyone you came across. I remember seeing you in the report writing room and one of your T/O P3-Officer Afful made you buy that code 3 call before EOW that you know was going to be an arrest with at minimum 7 hours OT on your 1 of 4. Your face just sunk but then you just stood up, got on the radio bought that call looked at me and said “ it’s all good, I’m not stressing on it”. You always had good work ethic and a positive attitude. I even remember on your first day when you gave your one minute one second, you tried to stand up fast when it came to you turn to introduce yourself but that baton and radio got stuck in the chair and prevented you from standing up fast lol. Oh man everyone had a good laugh Fernando I wish this never happened to you but what helps ease my mind is knowing that you’re in heaven.
