My Dad, Robert L Hosier, who was a retired Baltimore City Police Officer passed away on Saturday, May 3rd, 2014. He was the son-in-law of Margaret Burns who was the widow of John P. Burns who also was a Baltimore City Officer who was killed in the line of duty on January 7, 1931. May God protect and care for them and their loved ones who have passed on.
