Sgt Miller, my friend, my heart broke when I learned of your passing. You were the first officer with CPD to welcome me on my first day as a CPD dispatcher. You brought me a blueberry donut & that tradition continued in the years that followed. You were well spoken, calm, kind & selfless. My heart is broken knowing I will never hear you belly laugh again at all my shenanigans. I pray for your family daily. Rest easy now until we meet again.
