I never met Officer Pickle, but I am doing a charity ride next weekend on my bike. 10/16/2020/
I’m riding a half century ( 50 miles) and received my bib, on it, it read “ I am riding in honor of Deputy Scott Pickle” and as I sit here eating some pickles; it got me thinking who this person was and I stumbled across this page. I’m sad about what happened but happy that now I am able to know who I am riding these 50 miles for and have a face to reflect on while I ride. Thank you for your service and for the impacts you continue to make in people’s lives.
