RIP, my neighbor for 19 years, and a great family friend. I wish that I would have spoken to you when I had the chance. I'm sorry to admit that I forgot about you until the morning of May 5th, 2019, after not seeing you in person for over a decade. I have a few pictures of yourself with my dad and your other mutual cop buddies for birthday parties and such at my house. And a couple of stories that still hurts too much to talk about sometimes, but will forever live on in my memories. Thank you for protecting the citizens of Biloxi and our country for as long as you did. I hope that you'll receive your neccessary justice as soon as possible.
