Richard Buckner, a man I remember well. I grew up in Clanton, Alabama, the son of a former police chief. Richard I can remember you always had a smile on your face and was willing to help anyone in need. I was sitting in front of the old goodyear service bays on Hwy. 31 when you came thru town headed south running 10-17, I would have never thought it was your final call. Hearts were and still breaking that night. R.I.P sir fly high. P.S. Tell my dad, Dewey Hand I said I love him
