Deputy Vasquez,
Your dedication to public service is Always in our hearts and minds. Your short but courageous career will never be forgotten. We now teach our recruits about the risks and tactics to use in a perilous waterbourne environment. I will mention your name to our officers during the training tomorrow (and in future classes) so your spirit will be with us. I know Your family and friends will also be proud of your name being honored in this fashion.
With gratitude. Rest well sister.
