Ryan and I served together at Naval Base Coronado. He was a great friend and valuable police officer. Of my four year tour there he is the first person who comes to mind and I will miss "Keebler". I hope his family remains strong and knows he left a void in many lives throughout the country. Hooyah, shipmate, your relieved from watch.
