Kent, Rest in Peace,
At the time of this tragic accident I was assigned to the NYC Mayoral Security Detail, and vividly recall this incident. Kent and my son were assigned to the same class while attending the NYPD Academy (E. 20th St.) as recruits, and shared their lunch period together. You will always be remembered.
