I remember the day you passed because I couldn't understand why a police car was driving into our yard. Two officers got out and helped my Grandma out of the car. I remember there was wash hanging on the clothesline, and my Mom was standing in the doorway holding my sister.
I am proud to be your granddaughter and to be able to say you served as a veteran of the military and the police force.
