I was 6 months old when my grandfather Thomas G.Ciecka died. I am very proud of him for his service and his life. I can say my grandfather still influences police work today. (53 years after his death). First my Dad (his son in law) followed his path.( Now retired after 23yrs.) Then I followed my Dad with over 18 yrs. in law enforcement. My oldest son Josh has over 8 years in law enforcement. My Daughter Jen has a criminal justice degree looking for her place in this field. My youngest son Jon is a Jail deputy and has applied to be a road officer. You are with us each day in our hearts. Thank you Grandpa Ciecka
