View all 48 ReflectionsI am so glad I was told about this page and I can finally share a few thoughts. Tom became one of my best friends in high school and were in each other’s weddings. It’s still hard to comprehend he has been gone 15 years. I always admired his passion for law enforcement. I happy to see this page will keep his memory alive.
