21 years ago, my husband (Darren's) brother and I Received that fateful call to go to the hospital because Darren was hit on his motorcycle while on duty. We had no idea we would never see him again. It still hurts to this day. All of his family and friends still mourn his death. He will never see his son, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends as we continue our paths in life. We know he's watching over us and his son who is carrying on his legacy as a police officer in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. We love and miss you
