Ronnie,

I think of you often although we met only briefly on that day in Seattle. It has been 13 years now and I still remember the sun, the sound of our teams on the radio, and the feeling of being out on the water. I wish I could have done better, that I could have saved you that day. I will forever be sorry I could not do more. Every year, a wreath is laid in the water out by the ferry docks - you will always be remembered. My only prayer is that I have lived well enough to do right by you.
