I remember late April, 2006. We had an old Oldsmobile the turn signals were broken. Me and my young daughter were stopped in downtown Gilbert by a Gilbert motorcycle police officer. I will never forget before we drove away from him, he said, always remember your hand signals. That officer was Robert Daniel Targosz.
