I worked under and with Bob continually from my first day on The Job January 2, 1967 until his passing in November 1982. We worked the same shift in patrol until we moved into the detective section years later. Bob was a great officer and work mate passing on his knowledge those of us with much less experience. Bob and another officer and I were together talking following our completion of the first round of firearms qualification when he suddenly suffered the heart attack. I will never forget all he did for me and other officers. bob is truly missed.
