I am Amber Tessone, currently in a criminal justice course at Grundy Area Vocational Center. We had to research an officer for a memorial project and I chose Detective John Weir. I am greatly sorry for what happened to him. It was unexpected and unpredictable. He risked his life every day, a strong hero who will always be remembered.
