Calm, cool, collected, he was always the voice of reason when I was frustrated by what I thought were slights and unprofessional behavior around me, really when it was mostly me. Rick was more of a friend than a realized at the time and wish I would have never lost contact. My ears still ring from an incident we were involved in at Ramstein, believe it or not it the tinnitus makes me smile thinking about Rick and his calm, cool voice and always present smile.
