James Richard Miller

Sergeant James Miller was killed in an automobile accident on Dreshertown Road, near Welsh Road, while responding to the scene of another accident at approximately 4:15 am.

Sergeant Miller was a U.S. Air Force veteran of the War on Terrorism. He had served with the Upper Dublin Township Police Department for 28 years. He is survived by his wife, two children, and two grandchildren.

It gets harder every year. 14 years ago... I was a little baby when it happened and I don’t remember you much but I know if you were here you would be amazing! Your with me everyday. I love you Poppop! ❤️ Each year it gets harder because the older I get the longer you’ve been gone. Alots happened since 2004 and I wish you could have seen it in person. I’m in 8th grade now. 34 more days. We go to the OBX this year! And I know for a fact you will be there with us. I LOVE YOU
