Special Agent Kevin Hogan was killed in an automobile crash when his patrol car was hit head-on by a gravel truck at the entrance to an automobile unloading facility off of Route 526 near the Reisor Yard in Shreveport, Louisiana.
Special Agent Hogan is survived by his wife, son, daughter, father, sister, and seven brothers.
