It has been 20 years since you were taken from us, much too soon. Since then, I have travelled around the country and around the world. I have spoken your name and told your stories to friends, co-workers, and thousands of students of law enforcement. People in the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East know of you and how much you are loved. When strangers ask about my memorial bracelet, I proudly tell them about my Brother, Mike. A picture of you and me is on the wall of my office, and of course, you have that silly grin. You are not, and will never be, forgotten.
