I’m the lucky winner of the OSU Women’s Golf Team “Folds of Honor” golf bag proudly displaying your name. I became aware of your story after observing the OSU Women’s Golf Team honoring your sacrifice through the Folds of Honor program. As a fellow police officer serving my 25th year in law enforcement, I’m sure you would be impressed with how the OSU team carried themselves to demonstrate the characteristics and values you represented, while carrying your bag each tournament over this past season.

As part of the job, police officers often get recognized for the work we do and the inherent dangers that come with the profession. In law enforcement, like other professions, there are some who do the extra things that set themselves apart. After researching your legacy to share while carrying your bag, it is evident that you were one of those officers that went above and beyond, not only for your ultimate sacrifice, but for the work you put in every day!
