I cannot tell you how much I miss you… As a friend and as a brother in blue. I have worn your memorial bracelet ever since your death. To remind me of something. When you were shot officers on the scene said you kept trying to get up. I wear this bracelet as a reminder that no matter what happens to me ...get up… No matter how bad or how painful get up!!
I was proud and honored to serve with you even but for a minute.

I miss you and love you brother. I continue to pray for your family… Tell Captain I said hi… Love you both
