May God bless Garys children and family. Gary is the reason I risked my life to save a SAPD officers life one night when he was about to get ran over by a perp that crashed his truck. Not on the books BTW former SAPD SWAT R. Quirrora & Big Bird E. Rijoas know this to be true. May God be in front, behind, above and below all our good officers out there & bring them home safe, Amen.
