Thomas Henry Wilkinson

Policeman Thomas Wilkinson was killed when the motorcycle he was riding hit a construction hole on Delaware Avenue near Palmer Street and rammed a stack of concrete blocks. An officer in the sidecar was critically injured.

Policeman Wilkinson was a United States Army veteran and served with the Philadelphia Police Department for six years. He was survived by his wife and three children.
