I had the honor of serving with Kevin on MPDC’s ERT for a brief period in the mid 1980’s. I came over from the 1st District and thought I knew all that there was to know about being a good cop…I was wrong, as Kevin, one our snipers, proved to me how much more, I truly needed to learn...He was a great mentor. It goes without saying, that he was truly one of the best of the best.
