I remember Jimmy from when I was a child. My dad and mom, Al and Janette Harris, were very good friends with Jimmy and Peggy. Dad was a Florida Highway Patrol officer. He was such a nice man. I was a kid but I knew he was a good person. Such funny stories they used to tell each other. It was still pretty wild and woolly in the state even that far into the 1900’s. I remember his small children, we spend a number of times with family time together. After Jimmy passed away, which devastated my parents, they lost touch with Peg. I remember her as a beautiful woman with a beautiful voice. She sang country music but can’t remember her stage name she went by. I’d sure love to catch back up with the kids and see what all has happened since I last knew anything of them. Jimmy, you are certainly one of my hero’s. Such a loss of life is not something I can understand
