When the officers arrived at the home, they were met by the suspect's, father who told them that the suspect was not at home. The father allowed the officers to search his home. While the officers searched, the father went into another room, grabbed a shotgun and fatally shot Chief Deputy Sheriff Talley. The agent returned fire, killing the subject. this hero was my grandfather, whom I never got to meet. I received my first name from him as he was my mother's daddy.
I just found this website and would like to thank everyone who has left comments over the years.
God bless you all
