I first met you in the academy in 1979. You with the B.P.D. And me with the K.C.S.O.. We became friends almost almost from the first day. You Jeff Taibbit, Jeff Nicolle and my self had some great times during our time in the academy. We were blessed by meeting your lovely wife. She took us in and treated us like family. She was a great cook and fed up many a good meal. Your children have grown up to be adults you would be so proud of. Your brothers and sisters in blue were there for them 24-7 no one was ever further away then just a phone call. There is now a 5K run in your honor with the money raised going to help the families of other officers that have fallen since your Watched Ended.
Miss you buddy and I'm still very proud to have called you a friend. Until we meet again. Carry On.
